Job Description

Our client, a leading retail company in the optical industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong business change experience within the retail sector, to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of multiple projects from initiation to completion
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and budget
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Drive the implementation of best practices and continuous process improvement
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliersJob Requirements:

Significant experience in project management, ideally within the Retail industry
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex programs within the retail sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, are highly desirable
