Project and Program Management – Program Manager Non Tech

This role is to support a Migration Program operation in the EMEA region. The primary function of the role is to process nominations (from the clients field, partners, and customers) submitted to the Program. The Triage PM will apply pre-defined criteria to either confirm or deny program eligibility. This function requires communication (email and voice calls) with internal nominators to insure all pertinent information is collected. This position requires proficiency in leveraging a case management tool to help manage flow of engagements to the subsequent steps in the process. This person will work in collaboration with other EMEA-based Triage PMs, EMEA based Engagement Program Managers, and the clients HQ-based PMO on program execution.

Priority Tasks and Rhythm:

The Triage PM supports customer entries into the Migration Program including, but not limited to the following:

Review and validate MP nominations
Communication with nominators and stakeholders, adhering to defined SLAs
Review program nominations and following up with nominators to validate/confirm information
Conduct discovery calls with customers, field and partners to obtain further clarity
Verify eligibility criteria, follow through on escalations and exceptions as required, send conditional offers to nominators
Follow up with nominators as needed to coordinate a response to move forward to the next phase
Trigger Skilling, MP funding requests, FastTrack engagement and CSA engagement on the nominations
Interaction level:

The Triage PM will work with other Triage PMs and the AMP Operations Lead several times a week
The Triage PM will interact with nominators and other stakeholders as needed gather information and clarify nomination information

The desired candidate must have:

5+years program management experience
3+ years supporting sales process or programs, with direct interaction with sales people
