PROJECT MANAGER

Boxharry is a leader in development of website development, web application and data integration solutions, helping companies across the commercial and public sector markets maximise the power of their data.

We are looking for an experienced Project/Account Manager to join our team to help keep our projects running smoothly on time and on budget and act as the main point of contact for our clients. As the Project/Account Manager you will be working alongside a great and talented team of developers, delivering projects for clients in a wide range of sectors. Reporting to our Agency Director you will also be part of the core operations team and working closely with Lead Developer and development team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. Flexibility and the ability to deliver in a dynamic environment are important. You will also need to be a good communicator as you will take part in daily stand ups, planning sessions and liaise directly with clients as and when required.

About you:

* Ideally agency background

* Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills

* Effective communicator with strong organisational and planning skills who enjoys coordinating individuals and projects

* Methodical and thorough with a mature attitude towards work

* Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast paced and ever-changing environment

* Previous experience in the industry is preferred but not essential

* Motivated to be proactively engaged with process improvements

* Ability to work outside of the box to get the job done

Location: Central Brighton office – hybrid working. Office working 2 days per week
