Job Description

Technical Programme Manager (Contract)

We are recruiting an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programmes within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role suits a senior TPM who can manage technical dependencies, translate engineering work into clear stakeholder communication, and drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end delivery of large technical programmes across integration, provisioning and operations

* Manage complex cross-team technical dependencies across engineering, platform and operations

* Lead acquisition and integration programmes, coordinating multiple technology teams

* Oversee automation, deployment and provisioning workflows

* Drive major quarterly operational initiatives, including roadmap execution, efficiency and cost initiatives

* Produce clear status reporting, SITREPs and executive updates

* Act as the central point of coordination between technical teams and senior stakeholders

Required Experience

* Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager / Technical Program Manager

* Strong understanding of technical systems such as infrastructure, platforms, cloud, virtual machines, networking, automation or AI-related environments

* Demonstrable experience managing large-scale technical programmes, not just Scrum or delivery ceremonies

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Background working closely with engineering, platform or infrastructure teams

Nice to Have

* Experience with M&A or post-acquisition integration

* Enterprise-scale internal platforms or tooling environments

* Cost optimisation or operational efficiency programmes

This is a 12-month contract with long-term programme scope and high visibility.
