Programme Manager
Milton Keynes
Hybrid – 50/50 split
£65,000-£75,000 (DOE) + Progression + Training + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Benefits

Excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager or Transformation Manager to join a new arm of a FTSE100 mainstay offering autonomy and leadership, great progression opportunities, and the chance to play a big part in the reduction of carbon emissions within the UKs Automotive Industry!

This company combine the dynamic movement of a start up business with the stability of and security of a multinational business. They have been set up to combat the UKs Carbon Emissions by utilising the parent company's vast resources to create a better infrastructure network across the UK.

In this role you will lead projects across a range of departments. This position combines Business Change and Transformation and stakeholder management to drive change through allowing for further growth and development of their business functions. You'll be on site at least twice a week but will average out as 50% home and office working.

The ideal candidate will have programme management, business change and transformation, or large scale project management experience. Candidates must hold an Prince2, APM, or Six Sigma certification and have worked across different business units (telecoms, customer experience, software etc.). Candidates must be commutable to Milton Keynes at least twice a week.

The Role:
*Leading Business Change Projects
*Working on a large range of projects and scope
*Joining a larger Transformation Team
*Working on a Hybrid Basis from Milton Keynes

The Person:
*Holds a Prince2, APM, Six Sigma or similar certificate
*Multiple project implementations
*Experience across various different areas of the business
*Commutable to Milton Keynes at least twice a week
