An evolving business near Wakefield is looking for a PHP Developer to join its growing team before Christmas.

As a PHP Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative tech team with real ownership, long-term growth potential and opportunity to contribute to a growing product suite.

Package

£40,000 – £43,500 salary
31 days' annual leave.
Hybrid working (1-2 days in the office)

Develop and maintain PHP applications
Build frontend functionality using JavaScript and integrate APIs
Maintain and optimise MySQL databases
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Collaborate with the design team to develop and improve product features and functionalityRequired experience

Strong commercial PHP development experience
Experience with Laravel, Symfony or another PHP framework
JavaScript knowledge, ideally Vue.js
Experience with MySQL, MariaDB or similar databases.
Understanding of REST APIs and integration
