Performance Analyst – SC Cleared

Location: Remote (1 x a month London, Telford or Newcastle)
Contract INSIDE IR35
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance

We are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to support a high-volume, live service environment during a period of increased demand. This role will be key in ensuring robust performance analysis, insight generation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse service performance data to support operational and strategic decision-making

Monitor and report on volume trends

Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting outputs

Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse datasets

Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for service optimisation

Present clear insights to stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

Active SC Clearance (Essential)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in a performance analysis or data-focused role

Basic to intermediate SQL coding skills (data extraction, joins, aggregations)

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics
