Operations Manager – Tech Company

Full‑time | Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing tech business near Reading. This is a varied, hands‑on role overseeing customer service operations, commercial administration, HR support and compliance across the company. If you enjoy fast‑paced environments, problem‑solving and improving processes, this could be the perfect next step.

What You’ll Do

* Lead the Service team to deliver excellent service and achieve KPI targets.

* Oversee escalated customer issues, scheduling, and operational support.

* Ensure IT tickets are resolved quickly, working with technical teams.

* Manage toner logistics using One Stop/Vantage systems and drive high customer adoption.

* Support acquisition integration and supplier management.

* Work with Finance on billing, invoicing and debt management.

* Support HR processes including onboarding, contracts, payroll updates and absence management.

* Oversee GDPR, DBS checks, H&S compliance and act as Data Protection Officer.

* Handle premises management, fleet admin, disaster recovery processes and general operational support.

About You

* Strong operations management experience in a service‑led or technology environment.

* Confident leading teams and improving service performance.

* Excellent organiser with great communication and stakeholder skills.

* Comfortable working across service, HR, finance and compliance areas.
