Job Summary:

The Senior Developer will be responsible for providing Level 3 (L3) support and resolving complex technical issues within the IT infrastructure. The Senior Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions to address technical issues. Excellent communication skills are imperative as the position requires effectively communicating impact and risks to stakeholders and driving the resolution into the delivery pipeline.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 3 (L3) support 24/7 for technical issues within the IT infrastructure.

* Analyze, design, and implement robust and scalable solutions to address complex technical issues.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design appropriate solutions.

* Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to peers.

* Effectively communicate impact and risks to stakeholders.

* Collaborate with the product team to drive the resolution of technical issues into the delivery pipeline till production deployment.

* Ensure the security and integrity of all solutions being implemented.

* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

* Perform Incident management in terms of:

* Major/Minor Incidents

* Root Causes

* Resolutions

* Improvement actions/Problems management

* Knowledge management

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* Minimum 10-12 years of experience in software development using .NET Framework NET Framework (2.0 upwards), .NET Framework 4.5.2, C#, VB.NET, VBA, MS Office – Excel, JavaScript, Matlab (desirable) and other relevant technologies.

* Experience in interfacing/integration with Time series databases is preferred.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in L3 support.

* Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies.

* Experience with Agile development methodologies.

* Relevant certifications in .NET Framework and related technologies.

* ITIL certification will be highly desirable
