Motion Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives that align with the company's brand identity and messaging.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design, animation, and visual effects, and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance the quality and impact of our digital content.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process.

Skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

Proven experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
