Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Developers, Designers, and Creatives.

* Translate creative concepts into technical strategies that align with business goals.

* Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in digital media.

* Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

* Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide guidance to the team.

* Spearhead innovation initiatives within the company.

Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency or digital production environment.

* Expertise in modern web technologies and digital media software.

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
