SPG Resourcing have been engaged by an award winning, innovative Legal Technology business to hire them a Lead Business Analyst to build and drive a high performing team.

Position: Lead Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid – Twice a month in Manchester

Job Description:

I'm seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join my clients team and drive forward their Transformation Programme. As the Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to board level. This role is still hands on. I'd say 20-30% management. The rest still doing hands on Business Analysis.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to drive key business decisions.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and priorities.

* Utilise advanced analytical techniques to uncover insights and trends that will drive business growth and optimization.

* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

* Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the business analyst team.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years BA experience

* Excellent people management and team building skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

* Experience working in Agile or similar project management methodologies is a plus.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
