Junior IT Project Manager – (IT, Project Management, Prince2, Visio, PMO, Agile, Waterfall, Sprint, Stakeholder Management, RAID, MS Project, Junior) – Permanent – West Drayton
Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a Junior IT Project Manager on a permanent basis for our prestigious business based in West Drayton. This is an opportunity to work for an industry leader who have clear career progression paths for candidates in addition to recognised training and certifications.
My client are looking for a Junior, someone with a good 5/6 years experience as a PMO/Project Manager only. Anyone with more than 6 years experience will not be considered.
Location: West Drayton
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Skills/Requirements for the Junior IT Project Manager:
* Previous experience within the PMO function
* Any project management experience would be highly desirable
* Strong experience working within project management technologies such as Visio and MS Project
* Experience working within methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or Sprint
* Extensive experience of working unsupervised to deliver projects is going to be vital
* Time management
* Prince2 certified is highly desirable

The Junior IT Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Providing a comprehensive IT delivery and project management service directly for the business
* Engaging with a wide and/or diverse set of stakeholders in order to negotiate and influence effectively.
* Overseeing all project artefacts, and associated documents with gate reviews
* Chasing, monitoring, and summarizing progress of each project and assisting with delivering the IT service portfolio as required with an Agile/Waterfall environment.
* Managing the delivery team’s schedules and resource forecasts with the teams as required when planning.
* Highlighting/logging and monitoring potential RAIDs, seeking to proactively resolve RAIDs as required.
* Taking the lead and managing ad hoc back-office Admin to the project team and or client/users.
* Managing the delivery demand of all size projects through the Service Delivery / Project
