As a Junior IT Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting our organization's IT infrastructure and assisting with technical projects. Responsibilities

* Facilitate communication between IT support providers and internal users

* Assist in the setup, configuration, and upkeep of IT equipment

* Organize data for ERP systems across business units

* Provide tech support to staff, including troubleshooting OS, apps, and network issues

* Support user access management for new hires, departures, and system changes.

Knowledge & Experience

* Comfortable and well adapted to technology

* Experience with Excel

* Minimum 5 GCSE’s Grade 4

* Strong social skills, communication and teamwork
