Junior CAD Coordinator

📍 Sheffield (Full-Time, Office-Based)
💰 Salary: £26,000 – £29,000

We are looking for a Junior CAD Coordinator to join our team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at entry level who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a structured, process-driven role.

The Role

As Junior CAD Coordinator, you will support project delivery by ensuring processes are followed accurately and efficiently. You’ll play an important role in maintaining organisation, meeting deadlines, and supporting the wider team with administrative and coordination tasks.

This role is office-based in Sheffield, and candidates must be able to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Work within structured processes to support project coordination

Manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Maintain strong attention to detail across documentation and workflows

Use Microsoft Office tools to support reporting, communication, and tracking

Work independently and proactively when required

Essential Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Is an intermediate user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
✔ Can work effectively in a time-sensitive, fast-moving environment
✔ Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔ Takes a structured and logical approach to tasks
✔ Is comfortable following detailed processes
✔ Can manage deadlines and perform well under pressure
✔ Can work using their own initiative when required

Desirable (Nice to Have)

➕ Knowledge of AutoCAD
➕ Experience working in a project-based environment
