Junior 1st Line IT Support (MSP)

£22,000 to £25,000 + Training + Company Benefits + Progression

On offer is a great opportunity for a Graduate 1st Line IT Support Engineer to elevate their career and work within a dynamic IT team. Dealing with 1st line support tickets, talking with clients and putting them through to the 2nd liners whilst learning to progress into 2nd line support.

In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be doing 1st Line Ticket work mainly dealing with customers/clients and learning from training and on job work to progress in to 2nd and 3rd line roles.

This role would suit someone with background and passion in IT. Someone who wants to develop their career in IT Support and become a high end 3rd line + They should ideally have a UK Driving License as well.

The Role:

Communicating with clients dealing with 1st line IT Support tickets
Sending the right clients to 2nd line Support
learning from 2nd line support on the jobThe Person:
