This well-established software solutions provider is looking to add a Java Team Lead / Software Engineering Team Leader to join their talented development team based in Lancashire. This diverse role will involve working in an agile environment on high performing, scalable, enterprise grade applications.
The successful Software Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for Java development and leading a team while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle in both local and hosted environments.
 
The core skills for this Development Team Leader role includes:

Java
Spring
Maven
JUnit
Hibernate
HTML/ CSS/ JQuery
Proven experience coaching, leading and mentoring software development teams
Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
