A Financial Services organisation is looking for an IT Trainer to join them and have sole responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of IT training within the firm.
It’s a varied role, where you’ll be creating, preparing and delivering training to staff in a 1-2-1, deskside, or via classroom group sessions. You’ll run refresher courses, provide ad-hoc training along with preparing training material including recording ‘how to sessions’ for staff to access on their own schedule. This role sits within the wider IT team, so sometimes you may need to jump on the service desk at peak times and answer a call or two, just to add some further variety to your day!
Predominately this role will be based in their Canterbury office, however occasional travel to their other sites in Kent and Sussex may be required on occasion.
It’s important that the IT Trainer has a background in preparing and delivering IT specific training encompassing;
* Microsoft Office and Cloud products
* Software – any Practice Management Software experience is highly beneficial.
* Cisco Unified Comms- highly desirable
Importantly, the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications yourself is essential.
Ideally, you will have a technical background, whether through education or commercial experience.
The firm has around 500 employees, and they are proud of the positive culture and flexible working environment that their staff enjoy. Wellbeing is paramount, not only do they offer flexible working hours, an enhanced benefits package, excellent progression opportunities but also one day per year for staff to perform charity work at a charity of their choosing.
