Junior ICT Technician – 6 Month Contract

My client is seeking a Junior ICT Technician to support the day‑to‑day running of ICT systems. This role will assist the Network Manager in maintaining and developing ICT services.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with maintaining networks, systems, and computer equipment

* Provide hardware and software support

* Support user account administration and diagnose technical issues

* Install software, carry out basic repairs, and manage ICT assets

* Monitor systems including antivirus and e‑safety tools

* Assist with website updates and digital content where required

* Maintain documentation and uphold GDPR and e‑safety standards

Ideal Candidate

* Basic experience or strong interest in ICT support

* MS knowledge, 365 etc

* Good troubleshooting and communication skills

* Ability to support users both remotely and on‑site
