IT Support Technician – West Yorkshire – £24 – £28K

An established client of ours in the Fintech sector are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. Joining a team and reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will respond to Incident and Service Requests from colleagues, act as the first point of contact for IT requests and log / respond to tickets effectively.

This is an office-based role in their West Yorkshire office, so applicants must be within a commutable distance of the area and comfortable working on-site 3 days and working 2 days from home. The organisation is undergoing an exciting period of growth in addition to digital transformation, so this is a great opportunity to develop your IT skills further with training alongside the IT team.

Skills / Experience required:

Knowledge of Windows Server 2016-19
Understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Intune, 365
LAN / WAN
VMWare or Hyper-V
Pan Intelligence
Salesforce experience
Azure
Firewalls (pfSense)
Active Directory
Jira – Ticketing system
