Job Description

IT Support / Software Support Technician Required.

This is a hybrid role.

You will join a dynamic support team in the operations department, where you will provide assistance to an extensive client base via email, helpdesk, and phone. Additionally, you will play a vital role in enhancing and managing the internal IT Infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments such as Sales and R&D, as well as engaging with clients and third-party suppliers. Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role!

Day-to-day tasks will involve:

Triaging support tickets promptly and ensuring timely updates

Responding to and resolving customer queries via email and phone

Creating and maintaining knowledge articles

Providing support for client training and updates as needed

We're seeking candidates who:

Excel in customer service and prioritize client satisfaction

Have prior experience in an IT helpdesk role

Possess knowledge of Windows Operating systems and Networking

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Exhibit self-discipline, strong planning, and organizational skills
