This well-established, successful company based in Kings Lynn are looking for an IT Support Technician to join a rapidly growing team. The company manufactures medical technology which is used to reduce infection risks within hospitals and healthcare facilities. They are classed as key workers, so have been working very hard through the pandemic. It’s an exciting and rewarding position for someone hard-working, driven and energetic and we are looking for someone to start, on-site, ASAP!
Working hours are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday
First Line Support via the ticket system & onsite with users
New user inductions
Managing IT inventory
Setting up new devices and equipment
Managing user accounts
Updating online forms & power automate flows
Support users with any day to day IT queries Skills needed:
Experience in Office365 basic administration
At least 1-years IT helpdesk experience
Basic Networking & Wi-Fi Skills
Windows 10 & Office 365 application knowledge
SharePoint & Teams knowledge (desirable but not essential)
Confident and able to hit the ground running
To take a hands-on approach to work
Ability to see things through from development to completion
Excellent communication skills Start: Immediate
Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk
Salary: £20,000 – £27,000
