Located in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, we are a seeking passionate IT Support Technician to provide exceptional service to a growing customer base across Pembrokeshire and beyond.
  
Salary up to £27k depending on experience.
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm (or 9am -5pm – flexible) 
Office based position

About the Role
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.

 Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
Provide customer service and technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking
Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems such Office 365
Perform desktop support duties such as installing software applications and operating systems
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies or upgrades About You.

2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
 Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
**This company does not offer relocation support therefore you will live local to the office in Nolton Haven, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
