Helpdesk Operator – Warwick – £28k

I am recruiting on behalf of my client, an investing in people award winner, for a IT Support Technician to join their ever-growing team based in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will be a part of their technical team providing internal IT support across their business.

Skills required:

Troubleshooting
Office 365
Intune
Windows OS
Windows Server
Installing, supporting, and maintaining Hardware devices
Installing, supporting, and maintaining Networking devices

Personal qualities:

Excellent communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Be able to work as an individual and team
Willing to undertake training
Prioritising your workload
Self-motivated
