IT Technician (Onsite)
Cambridge
£28,000 – £34,000
 
I am supporting a leading organisation within the heart of Cambridge. We are looking for an IT Technician to join an established team. The ideal candidate will have 2- 3 years’ experience within an IT related position.
Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line support for both software and hardware related issues.
Strong understanding of Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory is essential.
Responsible for PC’s, Laptops, Smartphone maintenance and printers
Understanding of network infrastructure, including Local Area Networking, Wi-Fi,
Assist IT new starters with set and induction process.
Triage software issues in a logical manner
