IT Support Technician

Banbury (onsite)

£28,000- £30,000 per annum (DOE)

I have partnered with a leading wholesale supplier based in Banbury who are looking to expand their internal IT Support Team. His position would be great for someone looking to take a step up into their career into 1st/2nd line.

Responsibilities:

Providing internal support to employees
New user setups/account creations
Troubleshoot & diagnose hardware/software issues
Work on incident cases
Prioritise workload
Maintenance of systems & networks
Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd/3rd line
Responsible for hardware & software system updates

Key skills:

Active Directory
Office 365 products
Business Information Technology certification
Full UK driving licence
