IT Support Technician – Blackpool

D R Newitt are working with a well-known food manufacturer to recruit an IT Support Technician. The company have a portfolio of some of the biggest international food brands which are sold across the globe.

They’re looking for someone with the right attitude and an eagerness to develop their technical skills in a growing IT function.

Role & responsibilities

* Troubleshooting hardware & software systems

* Provide technical assistance for employees across the organisation

* Maintain shared database of support calls and requests.

* Support current network infrastructure

* Rapid response to network issues
