The Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you will act as a key escalation contact for IT support inquiries and challenges. Collaborating closely with our service desk team, you’ll ensure prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues, whether handled remotely or on-site. Your responsibilities will include boosting service desk efficiency by researching and implementing better ticketing systems, identifying patterns, creating new procedures, and updating documentation. You will work in tandem with EUC Support Engineers, escalating more complex issues to Senior Infrastructure Engineers as needed, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
The Requirement
* 2 years of experience in an MSP environment
* Skilled in supporting Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft 365 (including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Office Suite)
* Familiarity with Endpoint Manager and Conditional Access policies
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory (both Windows Server and Azure)
* Experienced in desktop support using Microsoft InTune and Autopilot
* Capable of providing Windows Server support
* Ability to support Mac operating systems
* Understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, routers, switches)
* Experienced with Hyper-V and VMware
