Job Description
IT Support Engineer. Based in Liverpool City Centre, Merseyside, my client has a new requirement for an IT Support Engineer with 2 days WFH. I am looking for someone around 2 years experience in a similar role. This role is split into 50% IT Support and 50% Project work. You must have experience/technical skills in:
* Active Directory.
* Microsoft 365.
* Experience of delivering projects.
* Talking to non-technical stakeholders.
* Enthusiastic/common sense.
* Excellent communicator/professional.
Role involves:
* Support/enhance critical IT services, including Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
* Support the delivery of project workstreams, meeting objectives efficiently.
* Innovate & drive efficiencies in IT service delivery.
* Ensure SLAs and KPIs, delivering IT support to the highest standards.
* Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
