Job Description

IT Support Engineer| £23,000 to £27,000 | Northampton

Working for a small but fast paced Managed Service Provider (MSP), who's goal is to provide a supportive and innovative environment for all its client base, you will be supporting end users, maintaining hardware and software, and managing devices.

In this role you’ll handle helpdesk requests, diagnose issues, and escalate when necessary, whilst engaging with suppliers, track support calls, recommend improvements, and identify recurring problems.

Key Skills:

Minimum 2 years IT Support experience, within an MSP environment
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
