* Qualification: CompTIA Tech+ certification

What you’ll learn

* Network Support: Set up and maintain secure networks.

* Device Configuration: Configure desktop and mobile devices.

* Cloud Security: Apply cloud security and disaster recovery methods to protect IT systems.

* IT Fundamentals: Understand hardware, cloud computing and troubleshooting principles.

* Business Operations: Explore IT systems, relevant legislation and how technology supports businesses.

Career Pathway

To be eligible, you must:

* Live in the Greater London region.

* Be aged 19 or over.

* Earn below the gross annual wage cap of £28,860.

* Not currently be undertaking other government-funded training.

* Not be in the UK on a student, graduate, postgraduate, sponsorship or dependent visa
