We have an urgent requirement for an experienced IT Support Analyst to work for our Engineering client based in Daventy.

You will be supporting the Daventry plant as well as a local Logistics centre and a satellite warehouse answering queries regarding computer software and hardware operations and resolving problems. You will be required to carry out remote software installation, hardware testing, error detection and reading technical manuals, conferring with users or conducting computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provider technical assistance and support.

You will require the following desktop experience;

Windows OS (Windows 10)
Active directory (basic knowledge)
DNS, DHCP
Printing services
Hardware configuration
Software troubleshooting
Run of the mill standard desktop support

You must have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role, with previous exposure to networking and advantage.

This is a temporary role running until the end of the year with an immediate start. The hours are 8.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
