IT Support Analyst -Permanent – Edinburgh – £35k plus benefits

Change Digital are recruiting for our global client an IT Support Analyst to join a busy service desk based onsite in central Edinburgh. This position requires strong customer service skills, troubleshooting, problem skills. You will be involved in installing, configuring and documenting systems, software and hardware within a Microsoft environment. Skills required for this excellent career opportunity should include but not be limited to:

* Min 3 years on a busy Service Desk

* Office365

* Active Directory

* Windows/Mac/iOS
