Pertemps are recruiting for a number of people to support one of the largest shared services provider, servicing both private and public sector across Devon & Cornwall.
We are looking for additional IT temporary staff to support their Service Desk as they receive an additional 50% of calls a day due to Covid-19.
The role will initially be located at their Derriford office, but may resort to remote working.
Estimated to be for a duration of 6-8 weeks, paying a salary of £18,000 – £25,000 dependent on experience.
This role will involve:
Providing day to day 1st and 2nd Line Support for the company and its critical service customers.
A Reactive and Proactive incident and Request Fulfilment Service
Carrying out installations, fixes and decommission activities in line with agreed procedures and DSE requirements.
Providing exceptional customer service to maximise the satisfaction of the service users.
