Role: IT Service Transition Manager 
Location: West Midlands | Hybrid 
Salary: Up to £90,000 
 
What You'll Lead

End-to-end transition and exit from a major outsourced IT services contract
Migration of services, platforms, data, people and processes into new providers or in-house teams
Alignment and governance across multiple technology suppliers
Contractual, commercial and operational compliance throughout every transition phase
Senior stakeholder direction—ensuring clarity, challenge and continuity at every step What You'll Bring

Proven experience delivering large-scale IT or BPO transitions in complex environments
Strong understanding of contract exits, legal considerations and multi-supplier ecosystems
The ability to map, analyse and restructure complicated IT and operational landscapes
Leadership, resilience and influential communication in politically sensitive or high-pressure settings Highly Advantageous

Experience in utilities, energy or regulated environments
Background handling TUPE-heavy transitions
Exposure to simultaneous operational, data and technology change programmes Why This Role Matters
