We're working with a prominent Managed Service Provider renowned for delivering exceptional IT solutions to clients in Middlesbrough and beyond. If you're enthusiastic about IT support and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.


Offer front-line technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Collaborate with the service desk team to address IT challenges effectively.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation.
Maintain and support existing IT infrastructure and networks.Tech Stack:

Active Directory
Windows Server
Office 365
Networking (Routers/Switches)
Virtualization (VMWare and/or Hyper-V)
