Key responsibilities include:

Nurturing and expanding key accounts.
Collaborating closely with Sales Support to ensure top-tier client service.
Representing the brand with pride and professionalism to a diverse client base.
Spearheading customer-centric strategies at all organisational levels.
Leveraging your industry network to build new business relationships.
Contributing to market research and organisational improvements.
Safeguarding against competitive threats within your accounts.
Leading new client pitches and overseeing seamless onboarding processes.
Fostering and growing existing client relationships, while also spearheading new business initiatives.
Creating tailored business plans for all key clients and acting as the main liaison between customers and our various divisions.
Aligning with key Vendors & Partners to optimise outcomes.

Your background:

Proven experience in Account Management or Territory Sales within the IT/Solution Sales sector.
A track record of managing significant national accounts.
A track record of generating in excess of £20k GP per month
Exceptional account management and relationship-building skills.
A self-motivated, success-driven mindset.
