IT Project Manager – Systems & Integrations

📍 Sutton Coldfield (Commutable) | £50–55,000

We are looking for a practical, hands-on IT Project Manager to deliver technology and systems integration projects, alongside managing internal IT development initiatives. This role offers the chance to work across networking, data, and operational systems, coordinating both internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

You will play a key role in pulling projects together, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and successful implementation. Alongside project delivery, you will support colleagues with empathy and clarity, particularly during periods of change.

Candidates with experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing environments are highly encouraged to apply, as these sectors often rely on integrated operational and technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver IT integration projects, including network, data, and system implementations

Manage internal IT development projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables

*

Work with third-party technology vendors and integration partners to ensure smooth delivery

Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies

*

Collaborate with IT, data, infrastructure, network, and operations teams to deliver solutions

*

Provide clear communication and support teams through technology-driven change

*

Ensure all projects meet business requirements, timelines, and quality standards

Skills & Experience

*

Proven experience managing IT integration or system delivery projects

*

Experience coordinating internal development projects

*

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems

*

Comfortable working with third-party vendors and delivery partners

*

Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing environments is a plus

*

Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

*

Ability to balance hands-on project delivery with supporting colleagues through change
