IT Project Manager
Spring Technology are working in partnership with a leading Agile IT Services organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team.

The Responsibilities
*Align with the appropriate IT project governance and reporting frameworks within UK.
*Partner with key stakeholders Product Owners, Solution Administrators, Technology and vendors to execute e2e system programme deliverables
*Manage the customer relationship during delivery, including change and decision making to manage expectations.
*Ensure best practice programme and project management methodologies and tools are understood and deployed as appropriate
*Responsible for ensuring the compliance of IT projects to applicable regulatory bodies.
*Proactively manage risk & issues in accordance with RAID principles.
*Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
*Ensure policies, procedures and Project Governance methodologies are followed at all times.
*Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view.
*Drive continuous improvement including product knowledge, SaaS adoption and best practice programme management

The Requirements
*Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
*Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
*Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
*Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
*Strong working knowledge of project management tools
*Excellent documentation and written communication skills
*Strong team management experience with the ability to coach and develop
*Understand IT project risk & identification management, risk mitigation plans and plan implementation, IT project risk monitoring & control
*SC clearance is required. Current certification would be an advantage although this will be provided.
