IT Operations Manager

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

I'm seeking to hire an experienced IT Infrastructure professional in behalf of my Dublin- based client. You will play a key part in the management of IT Infrastructure and Operations. Duties will involve overseeing vendor management, the IT Service Desk, Infrastructure and contributing to strategic projects.

Duties:

Overseeing a team of Service Desk Engineers, a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and the IT Governance and Vendor Management Lead
Leading infrastructure initiatives, assisting in the migration to and management of Azure services & on-premises systems
Ensuring the Service Desk Engineers provide high quality support to end users
Managing relationships with vendors
Overseeing the administration of on-premise and Cloud network infrastructure, as well as monitoring/managing security operations and implementing Cybersecurity measuresRequirements:

Experience in a Leadership or Management role
5-10 years' experience in an Infrastructure Engineering or similar role
Strong experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management and Security
