We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join a growing organisation as an IT Manager. The scope of the role includes the managing and design, provisioning, and production monitoring and support of cloud environments provided to our internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities for the IT Manager:

Leading a small team of experienced IT professionals
Responding to IT support requests promptly and efficiently, meeting SLA timeframes
Identifying operational efficiencies to streamline IT processes
Providing service management support for internal service requests
Ensuring customer needs are met and prioritized accordingly
Managing and supplying internal IT services to our organization in Europe
Collaborating with third parties to ensure application interface availability and stability
Creating regular reports on performance against SLA/KPI and service improvement initiatives
Documenting and improving IT processes, including the use of automated monitoring tools
Line management responsibilities for direct reports, including supervision, task delegation, and performance managementKey skills for the IT Manager:

Azure Security & Administration
Expert User of MS Office products
Active Directory
Networking
System Security
