Your Role:

Conduct service calls & installations efficiently, prioritising tasks assigned by our clients Service Desk.
Analyse and resolve IT issues, from servers to laptops, desktops, printers, and network equipment. You'll be the go-to expert for identifying and fixing faults at a component level.
Engage in project planning and execution, ensuring seamless installations of new hardware, software, and peripherals.
Work to targets such as: (Apply online only) minutes work time accounted and recorded for per day, 4 site visits per day for BAU activities, 85% First Time Fix / Call completion.

What They Offer:

£27,000 Basic Salary
Standby / Shift Allowances; Add an extra £4,000 to £5,000 on your base salary with standby shifts on a 1 in 4-week rotation.

Standby Shift Rota (1 in 4):

Weekdays 17:30 – 20:00
Weekends Saturday 09:00 – 20:00
Weekends Sunday 10:00 – 18:00
Shift starts Monday AM (08:00) to Sunday PM (20:00)
Can add an additional £4,000 to £5,000 to your salary.
Overtime will also be available.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a computer technician.
Relevant certifications (HP, Dell, Microsoft, N+, A+).
Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
Critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
