IT Engineer – Project's

Up to £28,000

Swansea, Wales – 4 Days a Week

Driving License Needed

An exciting role offering flexibility and development. In this role, you will ensure that projects are completed for clients under a timeline, support and install business applications, software packages, printers, network equipment and servers. Additionally will be responsible for existing and new 365 tenants following best practices. As well as the 4-day working week you will be provided opportunities for your continuous development with vendor certifications and Microsoft, and CompTIA certifications.

Responsibilities:

Keeping calm under pressure and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels while taking ownership of and progressing projects.

Ensuring that Projects are completed for our clients with a high level of customer service and within the original scope timelines.

Onboarding of existing 365 tenants and review and remediation of any inherited issues and creation of new 365 tenants in accordance with best practice.

Supporting the Support Desk Sales team to ensure clients have a positive everlasting relationship.

Liaising with suppliers and third-party IT companies to gather important information required to complete Projects.

Creating and providing handover document for Helpdesk.

Expectations:

Primary customer-facing point of contact, Project Engineers need to convey confidence and understanding whilst projects and dealing with any issues arising.

Expected to be focused on the business requirements of the customer.

Project tasks are to be kept up to date with work done to allow transfer of work between colleagues.

Driving License – Mileage allowance or company car provided.
