Vibe Recruit's client is looking for an experienced Tier 3 IT Engineer who enjoys complex troubleshooting.

Hybrid/flexible working
Up to £43,000 depending on experience
37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday
Fully funded training plan

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES OF AN IT ENGINEER

Provide 3rd Tier technical support, answering inbound support queries and receiving escalation from 2nd Tier Service
Perform efficient diagnosis and resolve as the final stage of Service escalation
Maintain an impeccable level of customer service and interacton for all support queries
Adhere to all service management, security and quality management principles
Update support queries with comprehensive notes
Update/manage customer documentation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

5 years experience working at 3rd Tier level
Recent experience within a Managed Service provider
Extensive experience with Windows-based desktop and server operating systems
Extensive experience with the Office 365 suite
Demonstrable networking experience including VLANs and routing
Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Have an assertive and driven personality
Have an ability to work on your own
Full and valid UK driving license
