About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in utilities and IT solutions delivery. You will manage a portfolio of projects and programs in a primarily outsourced environment, reporting to the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and manage diverse business and IT requirements.
Scope and prioritize projects from large programs to critical small changes.
Handle multiple requirements and stakeholders, influencing decision-making to drive project initiation.
Collaborate with project sponsors to analyze and document IT or business requirements.
Prepare investment papers, summarizing project costs, risks, timelines, and financial forecasts for sign-off and handover to Project Managers.Qualifications:

Degree level education
ISEB Business Analysis or equivalent
Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent project management qualification
