Job Overview:
The IT Analyst position offers a dynamic and challenging environment, providing IT infrastructure project delivery, logging, managing, and resolving customer IT issues, both remotely and on-site. The role requires staying abreast of the product portfolio and general technology trends, partaking in ongoing training, and maintaining industry accreditations. This customer-facing role demands excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Deliver IT infrastructure projects.
Provide remote and on-site support to manage and resolve customer IT issues.
Engage in internal training programs and keep updated with technology trends.
Work closely with the Sales team to provide support and solutions.
Interact with and present to new and current IT Service customers.Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ IT experience at a Managed Service Provider.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, Microsoft operating systems and applications, Microsoft domain infrastructure, and virtualisation technologies.
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, cloud technologies, and Android/IOS support.
Preferred qualifications include MCP or equivalent (or working towards them).
