Infrastructure Engineer – £35K – £39K

Attendance two days a week at head office will be required.

As a specialist in Microsoft 365 and Azure with extensive technical expertise in infrastructure, security, and networks, you will be expected to deliver exceptional technical support. Collaborating closely with the IT team, you will ensure high-quality service to both staff and customers, assisting them in utilizing our diverse web applications effectively.

Aswellm as, overseeing, sustainong, and enhancing all aspects of the IT infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and reliability of IT services. This involves designing, implementing, and managing both cloud and on-premise solutions that guarantee high availability, performance, and scalability.

You will be managing and supporting the following technologies/areas:

Networking – Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Wireless
Microsoft 365
Microsoft Azure
Server Virtualisation using VMWare
AWS
Windows Servers and Windows Clients

Responsibilities:

Provide IT Infrastructure Support
Performance Monitoring and Incident Management
Availability, Performance and Capacity Management of all IT Services
Manage, Monitor and Report on IT Security
Cloud Infrastructure Management and Optimisation
Maintain an up-to-date and high level of knowledge and technical specialism in relevant IT infrastructure technologies through self-study and personal development
