Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for IT and a strong footing in Azure & Networking to join the IT team of our client, a prestigious solicitors firm in London. The successful candidate will have robust technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, take ownership of scenarios, and have a proven track record of providing effective, hands-on IT solutions.

The main responsibilities of the IT Infrastructure Engineer include:

Install, maintain, and support the IT environment, including network and servers, monitoring systems, change management, and telephone systems.
Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of on-premise IT systems through monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Install, support, and configure Virtualization and Cloud Solutions.
Address infrastructure issues, providing efficient and timely resolutions.
Update the helpdesk system, ensuring all parties are informed about updates, resolutions, or escalations of issues.Technical Skills/Requirements:

Azure, Office 365, & Intune
Cisco Networking
Experience with Virtual Servers (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)
Windows Server 2022
Powershell / Batch Scripting / Bash Scripting
Cloud Migrations
