Software Implementation Consultant

Work from home / Remote UK with some travel
Travel will be around one day a week, largely London based

£50,000 – £60,000 p.a. plus great benefits

The Product Director is excited. He was brought in at the beginning of last year to effect change and deliver a SaaS product to replace “The Book”. They have just delivered the MVP and are rolling out to customers.

He needs a strong Implementation Consultant to do just that, to work closely with customers and implement the software. You will scope the clients landscape, understand how to implement for the individual organisations and their sites, agree a project plan and deliver, setting up the system and implementing a best practice structure.

Some projects will be a few days, other six months and all will have different challenges and rewards. They’re at the beginning of big things and you get to be the first Implementation Consultant doing it.

We need you to be experienced in implementing software, understanding individual customer needs, integrating with different solutions and manipulating data from a spreadsheet.

Software Implementation, strong Excel and some experience within CAFM, BIM, ERP or similar will be essential.

The role will be home-based with travel to customer sites at the beginning of each project, likely one day a week. Customers are across the UK but mostly in and around London.
