Position: Identity & Access Management Workstream Lead (IAM/IDAM)
Location: London/Hybrid

Type: Contract, Inside IR35, 6 Months

Rate: £(Apply online only) p/day

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management Workstream Lead (IAM/IDAM) to take ownership of a major cyber transformation programme. This strategic role is responsible for defining the IDAM strategy, overseeing a portfolio of initiatives, and ensuring that people, systems, and data are protected through modern, robust identity practices.

In this role, you will:

Lead a team of project managers to deliver initiatives across identity lifecycle management, privileged access, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO).
Shape the organisation's next-generation identity security controls, supporting safe, responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI.
Collaborate across Cyber Security, IT, HR, and business functions, ensuring alignment, adoption, and effective change management.
Drive the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual, ensuring systems and processes are sustainable, scalable, and future-ready.What we're looking for:

Proven experience delivering large-scale IDAM or security transformation programmes
Strong understanding of identity principles, controls, and technologies
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
